Bald Bearded Boss: Manifesting Who You are Meant to Be

By dave

Interview with Elliott Noble-Holt

Most of us find ourselves in a rut at some point in our lives. But that doesn’t mean we have to stay there. Even when it can seem like an insurmountable challenge to climb back out, a way forward is possible.

A tangible, meaningful tool to focus on the future that we hope to achieve is a vision board. Every plan begins with the expression of a thought. The vision board allows us to take the time to stop, to focus and to determine our most desired dreams for our life. Once we define those dreams, they not only begin to take shape, but they start to manifest. By pausing to think through the direction we hope for our lives to take, actions naturally and miraculously follow our intentions.

Mindfulness and Mysticism: Connecting Present Moment Awareness with Higher States of Consciousness

By dave

Interview with Ms. Ora Nadrich

Recent research shows that humans tally more than 6,000 thoughts each day. Those thousands of thoughts are an irrefutable consequence of our society’s obsessive need to be busy and distracted. Our obsessive mental planning, rehashing and cataloging keeps us from uncovering more heightened awareness, in which we can participate in life as grounded, sensitive human beings.

Instead of busily looking for answers outside of ourselves, and relying on distractions, stimulants, materialism and other external influences that we believe will give us meaning, we all have the ability to become more awake, present and aware. Practicing Mindfulness is a way to rein in our random thoughts and to hold us in present moment awareness. As we stay focused on the present, we’re able to look more deeply into what we’re actually feeling in that moment — and in our awareness, to transcend limited thoughts and beliefs and raise our consciousness.

Interview with Mr. E. Everett Bartlett

The President and Founder of “The Coalition to End Domestic Violence”

Over the past 30 years, a global disinformation effort has been conducted, with devastating effects on men, women, and families.

Tell the Truth About Domestic Violence is an international media and advocacy campaign designed to expose the domestic violence “Big Lie,” the myth that only women are victims of domestic violence. Conducted in conjunction with October’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the campaign is working to assure that domestic violence laws, policies, and practices are based on science — not ideology — and support the needs of all victims.

Domestic violence is a serious problem that knows no boundaries of sex, economic status, or education. The Coalition to End Domestic Violence (CEDV) is a broad-based network of concerned groups and individuals committed to finding substantive solutions to stop domestic violence in the United States.
